What happens right after I pay?
Checkout runs through Razorpay. When payment succeeds, we mint a license API key tied to your ScreenBlur account. You'll see it after checkout and can always copy it from your account (API keys / license page). Use that key in the desktop app and extension where prompted; the app registers each device up to your plan's limit.
How do monthly and yearly billing compare?
Monthly bills each period for flexibility. Yearly charges once per year at a lower effective monthly rate—the toggle on this page shows both. Your license validity lines up with the billing period you choose.
What do Personal, Professional, and Team mean for devices?
Each plan allows a set number of activated devices on the same license at once: Personal one, Professional three, Team ten. Desktop and browser builds each register with the server when they use your key—if they send different device IDs, they can each use a slot. Pick the tier that covers every machine that should run ScreenBlur concurrently.
How do teammates use Professional or Team on their own computers?
Plans are keyed to the purchaser's ScreenBlur account, but teammates don't need their own paid seat. Share your license API key privately (from your account after checkout). Anyone can download the desktop build after signing in; they paste your key into the app. Each distinct device counts toward your plan limit—Personal allows one activated device at a time, Professional up to three, Team up to ten—so pick the tier that matches how many machines will run ScreenBlur at once.
Is there a refund policy?
Yes—if you change your mind, we offer a full refund within five days of purchase when you request it. Contact us through the email in the enterprise block above or the footer and include the account you used at checkout.
Does the Chrome extension use the same license as the desktop app?
Yes—the same license API key applies wherever ScreenBlur asks for it. The Chrome extension is available on the Web Store. Sign in on the site to download builds; paid features unlock with your key.
